The cottage is in wonderful nature, on the settled south side of the island Pašman in the bay Lan�ina and is accessible by foot or boat.

Under the house is also the moored for a small boat with own mole.

The volume of the tank is 50.000 l, Electricity is solar (12V). The flowing water from the tank is in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The water is to be saved. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigenerator and with the dining service. The bedlinen is in the bedroom. Front of the cottage is a fire-place stands.
